Unfortunately we do not offer REFUNDS EXCHANGE ONLY!

At Kutnu styles, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. To initiate the exchange process please email info@kuntustyles.com with your order number, full name and the reason for your email.

Items purchased from Kuntu Styles are eligible for exchange if returned within 7 days of receipt.

Request for exchange after 7 days of purchase WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

The item(s) must be in its original condition and unused.

All items marked as SALE cannot be RETURN OR EXCHANGED.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-4 days for all orders to be processed. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the next business day.

All Orders are shipped directly to the U.S Postal Service. Once item is shipped, tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

Kuntu Styles is NOT responsible for any lost items. Please contact your local postal service.

International orders may take 7-21 business days to reach your country.

Please note Kuntu styles is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on international deliveries.

International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
